State Dept Pressed on ICC’s Jurisdiction to Prosecute Israeli War Crimes
At a press conference on Monday, spokesperson Matthew Miller was pressed by journalists Matt Lee, Sam Husseini, and Hümeyra Pamuk about their claim that the ICC lacks jurisdiction to prosecute Israeli war crimes.
